Homestaging
Would you try it yourself, but leave the photos to someone else? When you go on a date or for an interview, you want to make the best impression on the person sitting across from you. Homestaging is pretty much what it means when it comes to real estate. The goal is to show the best side of the property in the photos and thus increase your chances of selling it as quickly as possible at the most optimal purchase price. In the case of properties suitable for home staging, I undertake the preparation and photography of properties for sale.
What is the process of a photo shoot combined with homestaging?
- after consultation by phone/email, you must send pictures of the current condition
- we will negotiate the service fee in advance based on the size, number of rooms and the characteristics of the property.
- I will arrive with my equipment at an agreed time.
- during my stay, I rearrange the existing things, unpack what is necessary, and re-enchant the spaces with my own tools and the available suitable accessories, and take photos.
- it depends on the case, count on at least 2 hours, but I can roughly tell you in advance.
- You will receive the pictures within 48 hours.
- for an additional fee, you can also request a detailed, scaled floor plan.
