Introduction

My name is Petra Gaál-Kindel. I have been working in the real estate industry since 2012. I took a short break after the birth of my son and
returned to my profession as a freelancer after 12 years of network work.

I have received numerous professional awards as a salesperson and office manager, but in my new life as a mother of a young child, my relationship with work has changed.

Instead of numbers and awards, what motivates me is being able to experience the beauty of my work again and again and being able to spend my free time usefully, doing
what brings me joy and what I’m good at.

My career story

I started in the real estate market in 2012, when prices and market dynamics were completely different. I remember how difficult it was to sell an apartment on the boulevard for 3 million forints to be renovated! I spent my first year at Duna House, where I learned a lot, and then I joined OTP Ingatlan, where I spent 11 years: 3 years as a salesperson, and then 7 years as a manager.

As a salesperson, I achieved national rankings on a monthly basis several times, but my real successes were achieved as an office manager. In my second year, we were at the top of the national top list, and except for one Covid year, we were in first place for years. We broke every existing record, and I left behind a life full of achievements that I still look back on with pride.

At the peak of my career as an office manager, I decided to retire to fully embrace motherhood. After the birth of my son, Marcell, a new period began in my life that changed everything.

Starting over as a mother

I thought I would continue my work in a new direction: my husband and I started running a restaurant together, which quickly became popular among the people of Budapest, where I perform administrative and marketing tasks.

But the profession found me again, and thanks to a request from a client – to whom I cannot be grateful enough – I returned to the real estate profession as a sole trader, just at the best moment, when my little son started kindergarten.

The real estate profession as I see it

The current real estate market is moving at a crazy pace, and buyers have a hard time because, in addition to the continuous price increase, there is also a lot of competition.
The most important step when advertising a property is to set the right price, and on this front, sellers do not have an easy situation either, because it is difficult to set the right price in the midst of the abundance of information and overpriced competitors.

I believe that properties actually sell themselves, but to
make it as smooth as possible, it is often necessary for a professional to take the
burden off your shoulders.

A real estate agent is good if

…the distance is great,
…you don’t have time for administration, showings or you are simply tired and would rather get over it
…you need competent support in overcoming legal or other obstacles
…whether it is in the case of inherited property or it is mentally difficult to cope due to a divorce

Why choose me?

It’s well known that moms can control much more than others…

I firmly believe that the real estate profession is about much more than
posting ads. I consider it important to be able to develop a relationship with my clients
that is built on mutual trust and serves a common goal,
to sell the given property at the best possible price under the best possible conditions. I provide a full range of services to my clients, managing the entire process of selling the property from start to finish, so that it is smooth and stress-free.

I now put the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years to good use,
while working flexibly according to my own rules and
delivering only quality work.

Entrust me with your real estate tasks so you can focus on what really matters!
